Jonathan (executive director)
Jonathan has distributed digital resources on memory cards for past 10 years. He has sought and gratefully received permission from over 250 content providers for their audio, video, and digital print resources.
Sheri (associate director)
Sheri has years of sales experience, motiving teams, and executing projects. She is a welcome guest of many people around the world, preferably with coffee and baklava. Her heart and passion are for people everywhere to know Jesus and BibleSeed is the perfect conduit for this work.

David F. (treasurer)
David has served in global work for several decades in Scripture translation in N. Africa. Though he resides in the US working in the hospitality industry, he continues to help his heart-adopted community in the Sahara, to create a body of literature for their language, and also takes frequent short-term trips. He has years of experience in making offline digital resources available, and brings much practical and cross-cultural experience.
Joe Questel (vice president)
Joe has spent his entire career in publishing, first in the area of retail bookselling, managing several regional chains of bookstores and then moving to National and International Distribution. Serving as Vice President of Spring Arbor Distributors, the largest distributor of Christian Books, Bibles, Music and Gifts in the world until it was sold to Ingram Book Company. Ingram is the largest global distributor of books in the world. From there Joe went to LifeWay, as Sr VP of Sales & Marketing where he lead the Broadman & Holman Publishing Group to it’s first ever years of profitability.
Now Joe operates Questel & Associates, a publishing consultancy that focuses on working with publishers in the areas of sales and marketing, distribution and logistics, and technology. Clients have ranged from TorStar/Harlequin Publishing, HarperCollins, Thomas Nelson, Saddleback Church/Rick Warren, Catholic Book Publishing, United Methodist Publishing House, and many others.
Joe Questel is a resident of Fall Branch, Tennessee, located in the beautiful Smokie Mountains of east Tennessee and is originally from upstate New York.
Ebenezer Allotey
Ebenezer S Allotey is a Certified Public Accountant with a strong background in audit compliance, risk assessment, and single audit grant compliance, and a heart for serving mission-driven organizations. He is the Grants and Programs Accountant with Blue Ridge Area Food Bank, where he will support responsible stewardship of resources and strengthen financial accountability in advancing the organization’s impact. In his professional career, Ebenezer has led audit engagements for governmental and nonprofit entities, ensuring compliance with GASB and FASB standards while delivering clear, timely communication to clients and stakeholders. His experience spans financial reporting, fund accounting, and working across diverse accounting systems to support organizational effectiveness.
Ebenezer’s faith is central to both his personal and professional life. He actively serves at Faith Community Church as a member of the worship and hospitality teams and enjoys using his musical gifts as a tenor with a community choir in Northern Virginia. He is passionate about using his skills to serve others and contribute to organizations that reflect strong values, integrity, and compassion. Ebenezer holds a Master of Science in Accounting from James Madison University, where he also earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a minor in music.
Ebenezer moved from Ghana to the USA in 2017. In addition to English, he speaks Fante and Twi (both similar Akan languages). Jonathan met Ebenezer in 2024 at a church-based class called Perspectives on World Christian Movement.
Patience Miller (secretary)
Patience has a background in Human Resources and Administration. She loves supporting the team with integrity and making a difference wherever she serves. She is passionate about communication, growth, and teamwork.
